1.What we collect
Account data: name, email, workspace name, and authentication identifiers.
Content you create: projects, prompts, brand kits, assets, comments, and exports. This content is private to your workspace by default.
Usage data: feature events, device and browser type, and approximate region — used to improve reliability and product decisions.
Billing data is processed by our payment provider; Vibely never stores full card numbers.
2.How we use it
To provide and secure the service, process generations, and deliver exports.
To improve models and layout quality using aggregated, de-identified telemetry. Your private content is not used to train shared models without explicit opt-in.
To send transactional email (receipts, approvals, security notices) and, if you opt in, a monthly product digest.
3.Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run Vibely (hosting, payments, email, model providers under DPA), with your workspace members according to your roles, and when legally required.
We never sell personal data. We never share your private designs for advertising.
4.Retention & deletion
Content is retained while your workspace is active. Deleting a project moves it to trash for 30 days, then it is purged from production systems within 7 days and from backups within 35 days.
You can export your data at any time from Settings, and delete your account entirely from the Danger zone.
5.Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your data. Write to privacy@vibely.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
EU/UK users: our legal bases are contract performance and legitimate interest; you may lodge complaints with your supervisory authority.
